Support: Guidelines

Logo / Artwork Specifications:
For best possible results for customizing USB Flash Drives, Vector based artwork is required. Vector based art work typically has originated from such programs as:

Adobe® Illustrator^® (file extensions: .AI, .EPS, .PDF)
MacroMedia^® Freehand^® (file extensions: .FH)

If Vector based artwork is not available, please provide a print quality file in either .JPG or .TIF file extensions. The artwork also needs to be on a white background without drop shadows. This file needs to be a minimum of 2" (4" preferred) at the longest point and have a resolution 300DPI.

Artwork colors other than black and white, need to be specified using PANTONE MATCHING SYSTEM^® (PMS) colors. By specifying the PMS color, your printing will be as exact as possible. Multi-Color Process Printing is also available for graphics with gradients, color blending, and many colors. Please contact your Sales Representative for more information.

Delivery Times:
The average delivery time is about two weeks from time of Purchase Order. For delivery times requiring less than the average two weeks, contact your Sales Representative for more information.

Return & Cancellation Policy:
Once a Purchase Order has been submitted by a Reseller, the order cannot be cancelled. After the custom USB drives have been printed, the drives cannot be returned.
